William B. Milligan, D.D.S.
Dr. William B. Milligan’s passion for creating confidence through smiles led him to receive his D.D.S. degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio in 1980. Through his dental profession, he has dedicated himself to making a difference for patients and being part of a well-respected and honorable profession.

His philosophy of care is to “make ethical and caring decisions in regards to patients’ oral health problems, no matter how large or small their concern.” In his spare time, Dr. Milligan enjoys trout fishing, traveling, sports, yard landscaping, economics and politics.
Dr. John Rodriguez
Born in San Antonio, Dr. John Rodriguez graduated from the University of Texas Health Center San Antonio in 1985 and obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Biology from UT Austin. He has numerous hours of continuing education in orthodontics with studies in both straight wire orthodontics and Invisalign.
In his spare time, Dr. Rodriguez enjoys cheering on the UT football team, fishing, reading up on historical figures, watching movies with his son, and the company of his seven (eighth on the way) grandkids.
Jennifer Betancourt, Hygienist
Jennifer received her hygiene license from Texas State Technical College in Harlingen in 2000. She loves spending time with her family, traveling and meeting new people.
According to Jennifer, “I want to care for my patients the way I would like to be cared for. I want my patients to feel special and very comfortable. I also provide the proper education and tools to help my patients achieve and maintain a beautiful and healthy smile that each of them deserves.”
Jessica Ramos, Hygienist
Jessica received her license from Texas State Technical College in 2008. In addition, she is both nitrous oxide- and CPR-certified. She is a member of the American Dental Hygiene Association.
Her hobbies include fishing at South Padre Island, frequenting art galleries, basketball and spending time with her family.
Jessica’s philosophy of care is to “service our patients and fulfill their need for oral health, including health education, oral disease prevention and treating oral diseases.”
Israel Olvera, Hygienist
Israel received his hygienist license from Texas State Technical College in 1999. He also obtained an Associate’s Degree in Dental Lab Technology, is CPR-certified and is a member of the American Dental Hygiene Association.
In his spare time, Israel likes to camp, fish and spend time with family.
His professional philosophy is to “provide the highest quality of care to each patient and to educate and answer any questions they may have, and, in cooperation with the dentist, to help restore a patient’s oral health to achieve a healthy and perfect smile.”
